A Success Story
When the Fox first thought of the idea for herself and her good friend the Frog to open up a pop-up shop as gourmet coffee roasters, the Fox was well aware that neither she nor the Frog had any experience roasting gourmet coffee. That little detail however was never something the Fox felt was something that would stand in their way. Needing to learn how to roast gourmet coffee was just another step towards achieving a dream.
The Frog was on board with the gourmet coffee roaster idea because he was always on board for any idea the Fox had. The Frog was just along for the ride. Sure, she didn’t know anything about gourmet coffee but she also didn’t know anything about CBD or CBD derivatives and she and the Fox had successfully operated a pop-up CBD store for several years before they decided to call it quits on account of increasing customer hostility brought on by the prolonged social isolation caused by a global pandemic.
So the two set off on their path to try and open a gourmet coffee roaster. They learned the intricacies of coffee roasting, how to select the correct beans, the correct equipment, and the correct temperature to roast a delicious and wonderful coffee.
When they opened for the first time there was a line out the door. They were the first gourmet coffee roasters in their town and attracted a considerable and yet untapped audience of gourmet coffee roasting fanatics right where they lived.
As time went on the two got the hang of roasting gourmet coffees and running a business surrounding it. For a moment they were the highest-rated coffee roasters in their small town and enjoyed tremendous success because they were dedicated to quality and customer service.
After a few years of making a name for themselves, including expanding their business to include 6 different stores in 4 different cities a multi-national conglomerate offered the two money to purchase their business from them. The Fox and the Frog happily accepted their offer of gobs of cash and stepped aside from running their business. The multinational corporation converted the stores to their branding and chucked out the quality controls learned and implemented through lots of hard work and trial and error by the Fox and the Frog. Leaving the community that was so richly served gourmet roasted coffee beans to convert to lower quality, poorly roasted coffee beans.
The Fox and the Frog left and lived a peaceful life, outside of the city, in nice houses, with heated floors, and ample free time. It was a success story for the ages.
